Pharmacy. We are a community pharmacy located in the heart of San Francisco.
Our pharmacy is independently owned and values customer service. We pledge
to assist you in your medication requirements. Our goal is to establish
a dependable and unique pharmacy delivery system for your facility.
• Register each resident with us:
Our representative will come to your facility and register each resident.
• Contact resident’s physician: Our pharmacist
reviews the medications for each registered resident. We then obtain new
prescriptions and refills for each medication from the physician.
• In prescription vials: We will deliver the first
month’s supply of medication in vials and with MARs. We know transitions
can be difficult.
• In bubble package medication: We will deliver
all of the residents’ medications sorted into bubble packaging (using
Medicine-On-Time)
starting the second month with MARs. We will train and assist your staff
in the use of this special pre-sorted packaging system.
